Introduction

Years ago I created a Javins Guestbook for all the folks who wrote me because I created the Javins.com domain name and website. Since I married into the Javins family, I don't know that much of the genealogy, but I have learned a lot from folks who wrote in.

The original guestbook became crowded so I made a second Javins Family History Guestbook. It became crowded too, and was difficult to maintain. Finally (in 2011) I created this blog version to make it easy to update. I've used Blogger before and found it a great way to post on the web, having posted 3000 times (!) to my Squirrel Ridge blog.
